We’ll both be at Continuum in Leicester 2-5 July, running a Clockwork & Chivalry scenario twice, on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Hope to see you there!
Oliver Cromwell & the Dragon of Naseby
| Spring 1646, and news has reached Cromwell that alchemical fallout from the Battle of Naseby has woken a dragon from its long sleep. The Puritans call it a punishment from God. The Ranters call it a manifestation of the Godhead and are planning to sacrifice a maiden to it on the night of the Equinox. Cromwell intends to send one of his giant clockwork war-machines, the Leviathan “Hope”, to kill it – but fears it may not be enough. Secretly contacting the Royalists, he arranges for a group of Alchemists and Cavaliers to join the soldiers of the New Model Army Clockwork Division – together they head into the Tainted Lands. Can they put aside their differences for long enough to slay a dragon? |
